Alcohol Legislation
You must be aged 18 and over to purchase or receive, wines or spirits.

Payment



Your payment will be processed through WorldPay's secure server.
The Credit or Debit Card must be submitted with a valid address for the particular card, together with a separate delivery address where applicable.
Invalid card details will result in an order not being dispatched.

Refunds or returns
If you return goods bought online which have been personalised and are correct a charge of £3.95 plus postage for sending the goods out will be wittheld by Alexander Dunn, the balance thereof will be credited within 30 days receipt of the unused/un altered goods, to the card originally used for the purchase. Goods that arrive damaged must be reported withinn 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a FULL refund.

Should the goods show signs of use &/or damage on receipt Alexander Dunn reserve the right to witthold FULL payment and the collection of the goods will be the responsibility of the customer, goods will be held for 30 days from receipt after that they will be disposed of.

Delivery
All prices include delivery and VAT to any UK mainland address.
ALL DELIVERIES WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.

Damage/Loss
Replacement or full refunds are made for any faulty/damaged goods upon receipt of reasonable proof and notification within 48 hours of receipt.

Product substitution
We reserve the right to make amendments when necessary (as in the case of vintage changes). In all instances, substitutions where made will be equal to or greater value than the original.
