How long does it take to receive an order?
We need time to hand-inscribe the label and for the waterproof ink to fully dry. Please allow 5 working days from placing your order to delivery.

Can my gift be delivered direct to the receiver?
Yes, but please ensure you give us the full address including postcode. The package will need to be signed for so if no one is at home a card will be left advising of attempted delivery.

Can you deliver on a Saturday?
Yes, this is possible (usually in the morning) but there is an extra cost.

What does Slaintheva mean?
By the time whisky was first mentioned in Scottish records in the 15th century the Celts had invaded and been settled in Scotland for many centuries. When drinking a toast, the call would be 'SLAINTHE' (pronounced slanje) or 'Good Health', another in the party would reply 'SLAINTHEVO' (pronounced slanjevoh) or 'Very Good Health'. To this the whole company would respond with 'SLAINTHEVA' (pronounced slanjevah) meaning 'Very Very Good Health'.

Are the names really handwritten?
They certainly are - and it's not easy!
